You're pregnant, what to tell your childcare provider

You're expecting another child, how to organize with your nanny

You are pregnant again? It's another one of the special events that alters the care of your children with their caregiver. Can you consider trusting her this new bundle of joy?

It is possible of course! Be sure to reserve early, announcing the news as quickly as possible to your nanny. She may have new demands or offers. If she saves the spaces for a few months, know that she may ask you to sign a contract ahead of time.

When baby number 2 arrives and she starts to care for him or her, know that you will have to sign another contract. Often times home caregivers will offer reduced rates for siblings so be sure to ask her about her policy.
