We would like to first find a family to share a nanny with then hunt for a nanny together. Our start date is very flexible. We would like a nanny for the hours of 8-5. Our son, Max, is one year old. le 07/02/18 : My husband and I are looking for a family to share a nanny with for full-time care starting in September 2018. I work for Ontario Public Service and my husband Manulife. We would like to find a couple in a similar situation (unable to get into a full-time daycare) to share a nanny with until school age.
