Lia provided child care for my two children (ages 1 and 6 at the time) in our home and also in a nanny share position with another family. She is warm, kind and engaging with children. She always had fun ideas and activities that were age appropriate and encouraging of their interests. She is responsible and we trusted her to drive our children where they needed to be (school, playgrounds and so on). She prepared meals and snacks when needed and all other toddler related care (naps, diaper changes, etc). She was flexible when I needed to adjust my work hours. We always felt comfortable when our children were with her and we were very happy with her calm, fun and educational approach to caring for our little ones.
