Shannon was hired by myself to work at the boys and girls club of West Scarborough to work as an after school leader for grade 7 & 8. Shannon is a ball of energy that is always pleasant and happy to be at work. She is able to engage the kids and keep them occupied, and always remains professional. The kids were really drawn to her childish behaviour, which made working with her so much fun. The only minor flaw I can think of is sometimes she can get so caught up in what she's doing with the kids that she loses track of time, but she has always done an amazing job.
