Meals will need prepping, diapers changing, etc. but that’s pretty basic. You shouldn’t need to take her for outings, but walks, etc., are certainly encouraged.

He requires c-pap, medication administration, feedings by bottle with the occasional use of G-tube and requires G-tube care, experience an asset but not required.
