Marie, childcare in Port alberni V9Y

Hello! My name is Marie and I am currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Care and Education Certificate program at NIC. I put down that I do have my certificate qualification as I am in the process of learning it! I am passionate about providing quality childcare and have respect for all children. I look forward to working in the field of child care and furthering my education in work with children and families. Parts of philosophy is to never use any negative language while in the presence of children, to encourage exploration of their world, to always talk with but not at, and to learn alongside them while they make their own discoveries. I strongly believe in giving children freedom and control in their decisions and activities and do not act as an authority over them but instead a caring teacher. I would never tell a child I know more than they do since I know if we let them, children could teach us things that would surprise even the wisest of adults.
