Father will be working away for several days a week, Mother will working M-F 4 weeks of days 7:30 am to 4:00 pm followed by 2 weeks of nights 4:00 pm to 12:30 am. Nanny will be required to care for an 11 Month old during those hours and care for an 8 yr old during non school hours.
