Main Tasks and responsibilities
• Changing diapers/ ensuring potty use
• Dressing children appropriate to the child's activities and weather
• Preparing and supervising meals and snacks
• Cleaning and washing up after children's meals
• Preparing shopping list for children's requirements
• Undertaking appropriate creative, educational, and outdoor activities
• Planning and supervising nap time
• Tidying play areas
• Reinforcing appropriate behaviour
• Implementing daily routines
• Doing light housework
• Other related tasks as required
Desired qualifications and experience
• Training in child care and development such as a formal nanny training program, early childhood classes and/or in-service training would be considered an asset
• Proven child care experience with references
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Driving license and safe driving record would be considered an asset
• Police reference check

Terms of employment

• 24-28 hours per week (Some flexibility is possible) to start asap. ​​​​
• One child will be two days a week and the other four days a week
• Working hours normally from 8:00- 4:00 willing to work occasional additional hours would be considered an asset
• French/English applicants welcome
• Salary $15 per hour
