My name is Valerie and I have two adult children and 5 grandchildren. I recently turned 58 years old and I am semi-retired. I am getting married in 3 weeks but after that in September I’m looking for some casual ways to care for children and help out families.

I currently am a mother’s helper here in Airdrie 12 hours per week. I ran a daycare in White Rock, BC for 21 years and then nannied in Cochrane for 10 years.

I am very good at what I do and my references would state that. I simply want to stay active but not work full time. I’ve always maintained that when I work for any family, I just want to make a difference!
