Miira, partage de nounou - L4N Barrie south

I live in Barrie. I am returning to work in Sept. My son will be 1 at the end of August. I am I am looking to share a nanny to help make it more affordable. I'm currently looking into hiring a nanny to live-in with me and care for my son.
I work shifts and Im finding it very difficult to find childcare that accommodates shift work. I would require over night care 3-7 nights per month

Im hoping to find another couple to nanny-share with and rotate houses on days that both children need care.
