Recently, divorced single dad looking for a nanny to help with childcare. I have three children ages range from 2 to 5 one boy and two girls. I work 12 hour shift work going from days to nights and I have my children on a week off week off basis. I will need somebody with a flexible schedule to accommodate these hours. I will only need childcare on the days I work and over lap with having my children. Important qualities I need from my nanny will be reliable, caring, patient as well as having a valid drivers license and their own car.
