Laith, cherche une garde d’enfant : LAVAL (ADMINISTRATIVE REGION)

We are looking for a nurturing and experienced caregiver who has worked with children of all ages, particularly toddlers. The ideal candidate is calm, kind, creative, and discreet, with the ability to engage children in educational, fun, and imaginative activities. This role extends to caring for the whole family by maintaining a clean and organized home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging children in developmental, educational, and creative activities.
- Preparing meals with strong cooking skills across a variety of cuisines (breakfast and dinner to be shared with the family).
- Managing laundry efficiently and maintaining good organizational skills.
- Assisting with homework, toddler development, diaper changes, and bath routines.
- Caring for family pets, including litter changes, feeding, and maintaining puppy pads for a small dog.
- Flexibility to travel with the family (expenses covered) and join family outings.

Requirements:

- Experience with children of all ages, particularly toddlers.
- Bilingualism required (advanced English preferred).
- Non-smoker and physically fit to keep up with active toddlers.
- Comfortable in a non-pork, Muslim (modernized) household that values a festive spirit for occasions like Halloween, winter holidays, Valentine’s Day, and birthdays, while maintaining respect for the family’s faith.
- A kind and discreet demeanor with an eye for initiative.

Schedule and Compensation:

Work hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the mornings and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the evenings.

Weekends are off. If weekend work is required, hours will be paid at double the regular rate.

Flexibility for occasional travel is appreciated.
