Kelsy, baby sitter à Saskatchewan

My name is Kelsy and I'm born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I am 18 years young and am looking for a reliable, fun, and happy work environment to further my experience in the child care industry. Since the age of 9 I have been very interested in helping out with kids. I would go to my babysitters house every day before ad after school just to help her out with the other kids. Id say that's where my interest in child care started. Once I was too old to do that, I began helping out at my schools before and after school program. Caring and helping out kids from ages 4-8. My eldest niece was born when I was 11 years old and all summer when she was a newborn I would babysit her daily while her mother and father worked. I now have 4 nieces ages (6, 5, 3, 8months) whom I've cared for on many different occasions. I am a photographer on the side with my sister, whom mainly works with children and families. My job was to make the children laugh/smile for the photos by gaining their trust and being a goofball with them. I feel its very important to gain trust with a child rather than pushing them to like me. You have to get on their level of interests and maintain a positive and influential attitude with them, while still building a trustworthy and fun relationship.
