Kaya, garde d’enfant à Windsor (roseland)

Hello, my name is Kaya. I am 15 and have recently completed grade 10 at Holy Names High School. I have plenty of experience dealing with children. I have seven weeks work of experience from being a counsellor at the Cidermill Farms horse camps, constantly babysitting my three siblings ages 14, 11, and 8, and babysitting my neighbours two children. I am very patient and I'm capable of handling difficult situations in a calm manner. I am able to handle all types of children from outgoing and rambunctious to shy and distant. I am also comfortable with babysitting children with learning disabilities or with poor English skills. Some of the activities I helped arrange during the camp weeks are arts and crafts such as painting horse shoes and making collages out of magazines, outdoor activities such as tag and water balloon fights, indoor games including ice breakers and museum, as well as teaching the children how to properly handle the horses and ride them and arranging a horse show for the parents to come watch.
