Hello, my name is Sarah.

I'm a woman in my early thirties with a Biomedical Science degree and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage. I grew up in rural Nova Scotia and then lived overseas for 11 years before returning to Nova Scotia this year.

I have experience caring for children aged six months to 14 years. My experience includes working as a babysitter, camp counselor, and assistant camp nurse. I worked in the children's Discovery Centres at Te Papa Tongarewa, the National Museum of New Zealand, and led story times and other children's activities there. I have also taught jewelry making classes and horseback riding lessons for children. I come from a large family and have three nieces and ten nephews, all of whom I love spending time with.

I am a great cook and I am happy to help out with household chores. I am also very happy to help your children with their homework, especially science-related homework. I am active and fit, and enjoy playing sports.

I am looking for babysitting and/or part time care work. I am available days, evenings, and weekends, for up to 25 hours per week.
