I am the mother of two grown children, and I have 2 grandchildren as well as 3 grand step children. I have been active as a Big Brother, Big Sister, and I have also had my own daycare in my home while raising my children. I miss being involved with my grandchildren as they live in Leduc. I see them about every 4 months.
Once my children started school, I returned to my trade which is medical transcription.
I am a caring person, love reading, playing with children, doing puzzles, singing, and have been involved in mentoring as well as taking care of children. Personally, I enjoy reading, sewing, walking and enjoying the outdoors.
Depending on how much driving I will have to do, and wear and tear on my car, I feel the minimum wage at least is appropriate.
