Hello: My name is Connie and I have been doing daycare over 15 yrs. and really enjoy my job teaching and providing an safe happy environment. I will do the best job possible to make sure the children have a healthy diet and happy stories and some music time in our day. I believe the care provider should be a good planner of her day and keep logs of the child's day so that the parents know how their child's day was and all the things we did together. Each child will have his/her own folders and cubbies for their belongings. end of the week I will send items in all their folders home to go over with their parents. I provide themes each month and do outdoor play and have 2 play areas for safe play, abc's, shapes, colours, arts, paintings, puzzles and give stickers on calendars for been good helpers at clean up and tidying up times. You will have at entrance way a posting of our week and meal planner. I take a few mins. end of day to talk to parents at pick up times. Naps are in upstairs rooms safe and quiet time. older children may just need quiet time for story or blocks, or puzzles or even nice games. We keep tv. time out of young ones eyes. Movie day for school age only. Good hygiene and good manners at all times and sharing with each other are good strides we practice daily. Red Cross CPR. and First-Aid (HCP) emergency adults and children. Thks.

I provide books, crafts, car boosters, and healthy food home made each day and make sure the daycare day is full of activities to do like school.
