Sylvia, propose une garde d’enfant - V1E Salmon arm

My husband (Joshua) and I (Sylvia) are looking for a full time nanny for our 2 good natured, character filled girls to start in June. Our oldest girl is 3.5 years old. Our youngest daughter is 1.5 years old. Days of work would be Monday through Friday 7:45 AM to about 4:45 pm. All statutory holidays would be off.
Our home is in a nice cul de sac with friendly neighbours, and has plenty of play space for the girls. We are generally organized so the house isn't in a disarray to make things easier during the day.
We are truly looking for someone who loves children. When I'm with my girls we are playing, talking, walking, baking and doing crafts. Anything except for watching TV or texting on a phone all day. We believe children need space away from all day electronics, and need someone who will be engaged with them day to day. We also believe in raising our children with manners and a sense of responsibility.
That said, we are a fun loving, easy going, warm & honest family. We are offering a monthly salary of approximately $1800.00/month. We are hoping to get at least a 1 year commitment as we think consistency is important for our children.
