The person will need to cook , play with kids, give them cares (like guving the bath, reading books, drawing, etc)
The person must talk French
The person must have his own car
The person is not smoking
And the person MUST have his RCR courses , experiences with young babies, confortable with taking care of kid's fights (can happen!)
