Adriana, garde d’enfant ponctuelle - P6A Sault ste. marie east

Hi,

I'm Adriana! I am not from Sault Ste. Marie, but am here in this beautiful Northern Ontario city studying in the Community Economic and Social Development program at Algoma University.

I am 22 years old, from Toronto, Ontario and am a daughter of a Latin-American family. I speak fluent Spanish, English and am working on my French language skills.

I pride myself in being a cautious, attentive, caring and empathetic individual. Although, I have only had experience taking care of my own relatives' and close friends' children, I am always up for spending time with and looking after little ones and big kids too. I love interacting with young children, especially grade schoolers and hearing how their imagination and interpretation of the world we live in, works around them.

I'm looking forward to being a form of dependable support for a family whenever they may need me. I hope to build a strong relationship with parents, built on trust and honesty, and ultimately for the betterment and safety of their children that I may look after.

When I think of games and activities I have had experience with, I think of mainly my childhood and what I liked to do for fun. Of course, there is an assortment of board games, multi-person action games, and others that I have had my fair share of opportunities in, but what I like to do best is create fun. This is mainly based off of what they may share of what they like to do. I am up for it. I love storytelling, and using different forms of art as a basis of my interactions with children, especially if they may be too shy at first.
