Sara, garde d'enfant ponctuelle à Ottawa (centre town) K2P

My name is Sara, I am 20 years old going into my 3rd year at Carleton University in the Child Studies program.
I am looking for a babysitting, or part time care job. I can work any hours, the more the better! I am completely free all summer (June-Early September). I am able to work during my school year on weekends or evenings. I have my drivers licence so I can transport myself wherever I am needed.
When working with children I like to create a positive, fun environment for them. My first priority and concern is always for the child. I have looked after children of all ages 0-13yrs old, so I am able to adapt activities and needs to all ages. I have babysit more than one child at a time. Also, I can speak and understand french if needed. I have babysat my cousins who speak french as their first language and have not had problems with it.
I have had experience being an assistant in a kindergarten classroom for one year for my high school coop position. I was able to lead classroom activities on my own and create games/crafts for the whole class to do.
I volunteer part-time at CHEO in the Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms. I am able to deal with any crises that arise in the parents absence, as I am constantly dealing with stressful situations at my volunteer placement. I typically take care of the children's families at CHEO by providing support and bringing them anything that they need to make things a little easier on them. I am calm in stressful situations and am able to think rationally.
I have been babysitting my cousins, siblings, and neighbours for 6 years now.
