I am interested in a position of daycare services within your organization. I have many years experience in previously owning and operating my own in-home daycare, as well as raising my own four children. I am certain in my ability to become a key member of your team.
My goals and beliefs as a Care Aide are nurturing skills sets, being the anticipator, promoting acceptance, and to be the advocator for those with need. My vision is to promote a quality of life involving safety, and security. I believe my duties also involve building trust, giving kindness, dignity, and respect.
