Hi I'm Cheryl Rich and I'm very interested in working with young children. I have over 20 years experience with children and youth.
I am kind and compassionate able to listen to children with empathy and patience. I see my role as supporting the family that children may grow and develop through play, positive guidance and awareness of my own actions to provide role modelling supporting appropriate child development.
My strengths are maintaining a balance of routine and following the cues of children as they express their needs.
I love stories and reading and making up stories.
I understand the developmental needs and milestones for the various ages and stages of a child's development.
I love imaginary play with children.
My communication skills with both parents and children is open and active. My goal is to assist families in ways that support their individual needs and the needs of the family as a whole
