Raelyn, gardienne - P1L Bracebridge

Hello my name is Raelyn and I'm a 23 year old female looking for a stable full time caregiving job. I was raised in Muskoka but moved when I was 18 to attend Seneca College in King City to pursue a career in policing. After school I moved around a bit to experience life out of a small town. Time showed me that the city wasn't for me and I realized how much I missed home, and my family. I recently moved back to Muskoka and plan on starting my life here. It can be very difficult to seek employment in Muskoka, especially in the winter. I herd an add on the radio about caregiving positions and it immediately interested me. I love children, and cleaning and cooking come naturally to me. The type of care I'm looking for is full time preferably with children over the age of 3. I'm highly motivated in everything I do. I have 10 years of customer service experience, 7 years of it spent in the hospitality industry where I worked as a bartender, server, and host at various restaurants. I'm very reliable and positive as my reference letters will show you. I'm the eldest of 3 girls, and took on a lot of responsibility at a young age to help my mom. I love the outdoors and don't believe kids should spend all their time inside playing video games. The great thing about Muskoka is there are never ending possibilities for activities. From climbing trees, playing in the snow, hiking, exploring nature, skating, building forts. On cooler days making crafts, watching movies, reading books, colouring, hide and seek. There are endless opportunities for fun, you just have to be creative. Iv'e always had the unique ability to draw children in and make them feel safe and have fun. My experience shows that I'm qualified to take on any challenge thrown my way. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting the family.
