Sarah, nourrice - L9Y Collingwood

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am a 25 year old fun-loving, experienced caregiver looking for any type of work (occasional babysitting - full time nannying). My two previous nannying jobs ended in September due to the children growing up and heading off to preschool, so I am currently unemployed and available all hours. I have loads of childcare experience, including working in two different licensed daycares, YMCA summer camps, and nannying in other families' homes. I also have experience with special needs children and currently volunteer for an Autism club run out of the Collingwood YMCA. I love doing crafts or games with children as I myself am a child at heart, and getting messy is, to me, an essential part of childhood development. I will always clean up after though, don't worry! I have been told by employers and even strangers that I have the right balance of affection and discipline for someone who isn't a parent, which was great to hear as I feel both are equal in importance.
