Shannelle, nourrice à domicile - K8H Petawawa

Hello!

My name is Shannelle and I am a fun, energetic young woman looking for work as a nanny! I am a nursing student but have decided to take a couple of years off school to work. I love working with children and have discovered over the past few years that it is what I am truly passionate about.

I have experience with both children ( all ages) and infants. While in nursing school, I spent some time in a primary school as a TA as well as on the maternity ward caring for newborns. I have been babysitting for 10 years and am the oldest of three brothers, whom I have cared for my whole life. I also have experience in home care, where I cooked and performed light housekeeping for my clients.

I am a kind and caring individual who believes in always wearing a smile. I am athletic, energetic and love being outdoors (weather permitting of course). I like to play games as well as plan arts and crafts activities with the children as opposed to sitting them in front of a TV all day. I spent years coaching both boys and girls soccer teams and believe in the importance of daily physical activity. I am a great cook and like to create fun ways of eating healthy foods!
