I have always been driven towards a career that will be fulfilling and challenging. Early Childhood Education is a rewarding career and is my desired profession.
I strongly believe that Early Childhood Educators have a tremendous influence on children and the future generation. Throughout my nine years of work as a personal Nanny, I have gained many insights and acquired strategies in dealing with behavioral management and organizational issues. Moreover, I have learned that group activities are an integral part of developing lifelong social skills. I have learned the importance of building trust, developing an open communication, and learning about the child's interests and hobbies. I strongly believe that these practices are essential in building a positive rapor and therapeutic relationships that are key to helping children meet their goals. Working as a Nanny has helped me learn the importance of creating and following consistent routine and developing behavior strategies collaboratively with parents. In addition, I have organized weekly trips for the children to visit the local library and experience story time and play groups.
I have learned that positive modeling, respect, creative and stimulating programming, and a safe environment will help children develop socially and emotionally. I respond well to challenges and enjoy obtaining the rewards of hard work and dedication. I look forward to putting my ability, experience and enthusiasm to work for you.
