I would employ Sinai to work with anyone from a young child to an elderly person. Sinai is a very caring and compassionate person with a very good work ethic. She always showed up on time, and work hard throughout the day to help us out in any way she could, and more. She did a wonderful job of taking care of our 3 young children between ages birth to 9 years old. Our children and my wife and I are much better for having had Sinai in our lives for those 5 years.
