Hello. My name is Emilie and I am new to Peterborough. I moved here with my spouse to care for a family member and I am hoping to obtain a position in childcare. I love the outdoors and most sports. I was a baker and a nanny in Toronto. I took care of two children ages 7 and 10 and we had weekly crafting, baking and swimming sessions which we all enjoyed very much. I have no issues with pets as I have three cats of my own.
I have worked with children of all ages, and enjoy spending time with children as they are so imaginative and adventurous. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for children in my care. I am kind and gentle and also encourage creativity in young minds.
I am also willing to assist with any extra housework, anything I can do to alleviate the work load for your family.
