I have worked at daycare centers with children from 2 to 5 years of age for 14 years. I have also been a full-time nanny for three different families. I love planning lots of activities for the children I look after. This includes fine and gross motor activities, art, music, dramatic play, sensory, science, and concepts. I have taken a course on caring for infants and toddlers and have my early childhood education diploma. I love reading lots of stories every day to the children I look after and I can provide lots of educational materials and toys for infants, toddlers, and preschool children.I love children and realize how important a nanny's job is as their brains are developing. I try to be a good role model to the children at all times.I try to communicate a lot with the parents of the children I look after after and feel that they are the experts on how the children should be raised
