Hi there.
My name is Rachel . I am twenty one years old, and I will be attending Humber College for Early Childhood Education September, 2016. I am the oldest of four children and my mother was in home day care provider for my whole twenty one years so it's second nature for me to care for children, clean up after the children and cook for the children this is something that I really enjoy doing. I have worked with my mother as well as in a care center at Good Life Fitness for three years watching the children, ensuring they have a safe place to play and always allowing them to be active and enjoying their time. I have also worked with autistic children and loved that job so much but I moved away and had to leave. It wasn't easy. I have taken care of newborns all the way through to fourteen years of age. I am very reliable, I have patience, I am very energetic as well as I love being interactive with the children. I hope to one day get married and have four kids of my own. I have been told my entire life (even when I was in preschool) that I was going to make a great mother because of the love, patience, time and compassion I have for children. It is very important to me that your children are happy and enjoy my company so I expand on their imagination.. I may ask your child what their favorite thing to do is and let's just say Bob says playing with lego, I may ask him what his favorite thing to build is and he may say a robot then that is where I come in and expand on that.. Okay, so we have a robot lets say this robot is on an adventure to candy land where he needs to find his robot dog who ran away to eat candy and go from there.. It may sound super silly but it hasn't failed me in the past. :) It is very important to make sure they have a great experience when mum or dad isn't around so that the child doesn't feel lost or sad. I promise that if you hire me I will not let you down. I am also a huge animal lover and do not mind at all cleaning, cooking etc. I am here to make your life a little easier and I hope you agree.
