Amanda, nourrice à domicile à Chatham

Hi,
My name is Amanda , I am 21 years old and I graduated over a year ago in early childhood education.
I am currently working in a baby room with 5 children under 18 months old.
I am very comfortable with younger children as well as older. My goal when I work with children is to provide stimulating and educational activities that they can benefit from.
Hygiene is also something I take very seriously, not only the children but for the caregivers and the environment.
I do my best to make sure that children in my care are comfortable and happy during my time with them.
Routine plays a huge role in children's lives, and I reinforce routine a lot as well as consistency, this makes it easier for children to adapt in the care of someone else in my opinion.
I respect parents very much and will follow any routine, schedule or caregiving methods you may have. I believe that as a caregiver it is important to have good communication with the parents in order to benefit the children more.

I will be moving near mont tremblant early next year , which is why I will need to leave my job, seeing as it will be too far of a drive for me. So I thought I'd start looking for a job a little earlier to be prepared ! If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am fairly flexible and I am open minded to any suggestions you may have.
