Samantha, nourrice - C1N Summerside

Hello my name is Sam and I am a 21 year old female that is in between schooling at the moment. I am looking for full time employment around the Summerside area and I would love to work with children.

I have a brother 11 years younger then myself and have helped raise him along with having worked at a summer camp in my youth. I also was a babysitter outside the home from the ages of 13 up until currently when I'm home and a friend or family is in need of the occasional sitter. I have experience looking after children from the age of about 6 months to 12 year olds.

I am a very happy and caring person who loves children and loves to keep them entertained with simple things such as crafts, puzzles and boardgames along with outdoor play as I believe children tend to spend too much time in front of screens. There are many fun activities to be done in the house and outside that children can engage in and be entertained by other then video games and TV.

Along with actually caring for the children I am up for household duties of maintaining cleanliness with dishes, laundry and light cleaning. Cooking is also something I really enjoy so I would be more then happy to prepare meals as needed and I believe that is something that older children can also be involved in by making it fun.
