I need a nanny to fill for those days that I have to work 12 hr day shifts at the hospital. My husband works 8 to 5pm. So really I would only need coverage for those times. Because it's 12 hr shift also I get plenty days off so I wouldn't your services everyday Monday to Friday. At times it will only be 3 days for the week. And once every 6 weeks I get 6 days off, so you will also get that long break too. My kids are 15 months old (boy) and 4 yrs old (girl). My 4 year old attends pre-k so the person would be responsible to get her to school but the teacher will drop her home.
