We are looking for a fun but responsible individual to take care of our two children (7 and 8 years old) after school Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 7pm in the High Park area.
The ideal person will arrive at the house for 3pm and spend the first half hour straightening up from the morning rush (putting breakfast dishes in the dishwasher, putting away clean laundry, making beds, vacuuming, etc.) then be at the school for 3:30 to pick up the kids.
Once back at the house the kids will need strict-ish supervision while they do their homework and supplementary workbooks for 30-60 minutes, followed by a snack and then crafts or outdoor activities of the caregiver's choosing.
Typically my wife and/or myself will return home sometime between 6 or 7 but will pay a flat rate to 7 in exchange for the occasional late stay (rare and typically no later than 8pm).
