Mom is a registered nurse and works part time, 12 hour shifts. Dad works locally at a church. We are looking for an individual either in our home or in an organized home day care. Hours of work will fluctuate due to mom's shift work (ie. 9-5 daytime, 9-12 daytime...after my night shifts so I can sleep, maybe some evenings 6-9pm, and maybe the odd 12 hour day). We are very flexible and lead pretty full lives. Our little girl is busy, full of smiles, and is pretty easy going. She just celebrated her birthday...1 year!!
