Emily, cherche une co-famille - M4J East toronto (the danforth east) pour le 1 décembre 2017

Hello!
My husband and I are looking for another family to nanny share with around November/December 2017. Our son will be approximately 4 months old at this time. I'd like to find another couple now, so we can go through the process together - identifying what we want, how it would work, hiring a nanny, etc. Ideally you would leave close by to make arrangements easy!

I work from home, so can be somewhat flexible on days/hours needed, but am currently thinking we'll need someone 4-5 days per week, for approximately 7-8 hours. I am hoping the nanny would look after our two children and help out with cleaning, food prep, etc.

I am looking for another family with similar values: mostly organic living, natural cleaning products, lots of outdoor time for the children when it's nice out, fun playtime, etc. *Note: we have a medium-size wheaten terrier in our home - but she is non-shedding (hypo-allergenic) and loves kids.

I know it's early to be looking now, but I know I'll feel better if I at least start the process early. :)
