Kim has worked with my son for several years now. My son is Autistic and has a variety of issues that need attention to detail. Kim has risen to the challenge and has met every challenge! She is flexible with schedules to work with the parents. She establishes a bond with the children she watches so they feel comfortable in the childcare environment. She is very attentive, and allows plenty of opportunities for the children to try new things, or engage in their favorite activity. My son comes home happy and healthy, and asking to return.
