Silvi, gardienne d'enfant attitrée à Ottawa (centre town)

Silvi has done household work in my home. She is a thoughtful, conscientious and responsible young woman from a solid family. She is very caring and gentle, curious and thoughtful. She enjoys a laugh but never at the expense of another person. She, like me, is not high energy so if I were matching her up in a nanny situation, I would not give her rambunctious, out of control kids to watch, but rather ones who would benefit from her curious and thoughtful nature. There are many reasons I would recommend Silvi. One that you likely don't hear a lot but I would like to include is that her family needs for her to have some income. As an immigrant family, her father has had difficulty finding full-time work because he does not speak English well enough. Meanwhile her mother is working two teaching jobs as well as a sales job and a small job teaching their mother tongue to children on the weekend. Silvi's employment would be a huge help to her family. I recommend her highly. I know she will work hard and responsibly. Thank you.
