My name is Karen and I live in Bells Corners, Ottawa, Ontario , Canada.
I have my Early Childhood Education diploma from Algonquin College and over 20 years of work experience caring for children ages newborn to school age both as a nanny and in a structured day care setting.
Besides my work experience I am also the mother of four children ages 16, 14 and 10 year old twins.

I am seeking a nanny or babysitting position in private homes or in a family home daycare setting.

I am a gentle, caring person who loves children and enjoys witnessing their development and achievement of their milestones; e.g. first words, first steps, learning to read, etc.

I have experience with art activities, sports and game activities, circle time, gross motor and fine motor skills activities, reading, singing, physical, emotional and intellectual development ; activities which are practiced in a structured day care curriculum, and to encourage the love of learning.
