Position Purpose
Youth care workers work to improve the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of youth by assisting, mentoring and guiding youth with their activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
Care-aides assist and guide youth with daily activities. On site training is provided
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experienced live out, part-time youth care aides needed. Must have experience with youth, own vehicle and insurance, clean drivers abstract, two references, Standard First Aid, clean criminal record, and be a non-smoker. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required. Ideal for students and parents with flexible hours. Must love dogs!
Education & Experience
Experience with children/youth required. Courses in child/youth care an asset.
