I work evening shift work which means I leave for work around 2pm. I would be needing someone to watch my youngest who is three years old, and then to pick up my oldest (who is six), from school/bus and then watch the two of them until my husband gets home. Help with homework is great, and perhaps getting dinners going if needed (I would have these prepped for you already). As well this would only be needed about 4-5x's a month so it is more so casual than part time even. Days are always mon and tuesday.
