I need for someone to look after my two children, currently aged 1 and 3, for two days each week while I am working. There is some flexibility as to which two days of the week. I would drop them off before work (I'm a teacher, so likely before 8am), and pick up at the end of the day.
We are a vegetarian family, so any food served to them would need to fit with our diet. I am happy to coordinate with the caregiver on this.
My first choice would be a home daycare with other children, but a caregiver who would ensure my children's social interaction with peers would suffice.
Most importantly, I seek someone who will competently and with care develop a caring relationship with my kids, seeking to provide stimulation and structure in their day.
First aid training would be an asset!
