Looking to share a nanny
I am seeking to share a nanny with another family. Some of our family values include baby wearing, baby led weaning, redirection and lots of outdoor play. Things we do not value include sleep training, "crying it out", any thing beyond gentle discipline, and prolonged screen time. While we have the option of sending our little one to the same centre her older brother is at for preschool, we are seeking a care provider who could offer a little more love. We are seeking a family with similar values to share in this care.
