Position Overview
Job Title: Caring and Attentive Nanny
Status: Full-time or Part-Time, Long Term
Start Date: Flexible
Hours: 9:30 - 5:30 but have flexibility available and open to PT
Compensation: $18-20 based on qualifications and experience
Location: High Park North / Junction (lots of parks, open green spaces and when open Early On centre, activities and programs)

About our Family:
We are a friendly, considerate and welcoming family who has worked with nannies in the past all for long term periods (1+ to 6 years). This is the most important role in our home so we will ensure you are happy as in turn we believe you will be at your best with our children.

We have two children. A 11 yo girl who is extremely helpful with her little brother 3 yo. The primary care and focus will be for the 3 yo. He loves stories, puzzles, playing with his toys (we have lots of things to entertain and renovated basement dedicated space - white board, chalk board, learning activities and toys but we'll get whatever you see fit), walks/scooting and painting.

Our parenting style is based on a growth mindset encouraging creativity and exploring within limits and boundaries.

We do love to travel and hope to have a nanny who is open to travel with us overseas - when possible (all expenses paid by us + salary while traveling with us).

We have been taking all covid precautions inside and outside the home and airing on the side of caution overall. You would not be put in compromising situations.

Design and implement games to foster development and learning both physically and mentally (all resources will be provided)
Attentive to child's developmental needs, physical well-being and emotional security
Is active and enjoys outdoor play
