Seeking nanny to watch toddler in a work at home situation, lots of flexibility
We are a small family of 3 plus our gorgeous husky Haku. Alex is 14 months old and has been at home with his Dad since January this year. Dad is now looking to go back to work. I run my own business out of a condo downtown. I'm a Creative Director for a digital agency. My schedule is busy but very flexible and I want to continue a nice balance of Alex at home with care. We also have a large cottage on Annie Lake, Mount Lorne that we work and live out of. The days would start from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a 1hr break. The cottage has a live in availability but the condo does not. So flexibility on a live in situation. Must have a drivers license for the live in situation.
We are looking for the right fit for our family, we are very liberal easy going couple trying to find good balance for our little one with time close to Mom still. We value creativity, music, reading, learning and experiences for our little guy. I'm still nursing so would take breaks to feed and allow breaks for care giver. Salary and compensation would be negotiated dependent on experience and live in/live out situation.
For this it is all about the right fit for both us and the care giver.
