Occasional help needed but this can evolve as children become close to the sitter. We are looking for someone who is educated, speaks well, respectful and well-mannered to install these values in our children. We also need someone who can entertain the girls with fun and educational activities and is very attentive to their safety and well-being. Ability to deal with difficult situations as children are very attached to mom and dad (never left with strangers) so ability to handle these separation anxiety by remaining calm, patient and loving.
