Our friendly and active family are seeking a high energy, fun loving au pair that can keep up with our two clever, fun, creative and loving kids as well as our Labrador retriever. We are all lots of fun - and really enjoy sharing our house with an au pair. We are looking for someone to mesh with our family who is curious about Canada and keen to be part of our lives.

As our kids are a bit older, we require less support, so you'll have lots of free time to explore the local area.

We live in a vibrant; out-door oriented area with close links to transport as well as shopping and fitness centres. We have an excellent fine arts facility close by with lots of great courses. There is also access to our local harbour and boardwalk that is five minutes drive.

You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom/shower that is seldom used by anyone else.

Your commitment to our family will be about four hours of childcare a day and plenty of free time to explore our local area. We'll need you to support a bit more when our kids are off school for vacations.

On days when the kids are in school, we need about four hours of childcare (two in the morning and two in the afternoon). When school is out, we will need about ten hours a day of childcare. This will be in the summer and when school breaks. We would expect logical house work to take place - so cleaning up after getting things out or tidying up after meals.
