My name is Rita and I am a mature applicant with decades of experience! I had the good fortune of being able to be home full-time with my three children and our family of five 'made it' on one income! When it was time to go to work in 2001, I was an Educational Assistant in my children's' school! I have been an empty-nester since 2012 and now I have two G'children; b. in 2020 and 2024! I am a zealous warrior for children and I do my very best work to ensure that I am meeting their diverse wellness needs. I am anal about time because I believe that consistency is essential for excellent health and safety. One of my goals will be to settle into a nice, gentle, fun, routine with your child/ren. I had my very first day-care experience when I was 49 years old and hired to be "Teacher" to 10 children, age 4.5-6! I had to plan the entire day with activity and it was a complete blast. I'm grateful for the experience.
