Full-time & Part-time Babysitter Available in Welland & Surrounding areas!

My name is Kate. I provide safe & budget friendly childcare within my home in Welland. Depending on your needs and location, I am also available to provide care within your home.
I am a mother of soon-to-be 2 children and a fully certified social worker.
All ages and abilities are more than welcome.
I have 10+ years experience working in childcare, local elementary schools, long-term care homes + with individuals who have severe physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities.

My availability (Starting September 4th) is as follows:
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5PM
Evenings: 6PM - 12AM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9AM - 5PM & 6PM - 12AM
**Please note** My availability is extremely flexible. I am willing to accommodate different hours if needed.

Our home is smoke-free, pet friendly & safe for children of all ages. We have lots of learning toys, books, movies and nearby parks/walking trails. I am more than happy to help with any homework. If providing care within my home, I operate similar to a daycare and am planning one of my own around mid-2022 if there's enough interest!

Some of my certifications include: CPR Level C/Standard First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, WHMIS, Crisis Intervention Training, Human Trafficking for Service Providers Training, and much more. I have a full G driver’s license & valid insurance, child welfare check approved by FACS and squeaky clean police checks done every 6 months - 1 year.

I also take COVID very seriously for the safety of not only my family but yours as well. Myself and my husband are fully vaccinated. I utilize COVID screenings, proper hand-washing and sanitization practices.
